What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) Transfer Printing

DTF Printing is also referred to as Direct To Film Printing, and it works by printing transfers that are heat pressed to a variety of garments and other substrates. By using this DTF Printing technology the transfers can be pressed on any kind of fabric, save labor costs, and one employee can operate the machine. Using a specific kind of water-based ink to print on transfer film. After that, a powdered glue is applied to the back of the film and dried. Once the film has dried, the transfers are then ready to be stored for future use or to be heat pressed on t-shirts immediately.
